Our Services include this marketing website, the ESG Astraa Platform (a workspace for BRSR, CBAM, CCTS, GRI, ISSB, and other ESG and compliance reporting), and our advisory engagements. Advisory and consulting work is governed separately by a signed engagement letter or statement of work agreed with your organisation; these Terms govern only your use of the website and the Platform.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

Where your organisation is granted access to the ESG Astraa Platform, any ESG, sustainability, or compliance data you submit remains your organisation's property. We process it solely to deliver the Platform's reporting and analytics functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Services may link to third-party websites, including our Platform trial environment or social media channels. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
